• Dane o płatności (kwota, metoda, status): do rozliczeń i obowiązków podatkowych. Podstawa: art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c RODO. Danych karty nie widzę, obsługuje je Stripe.
• Korespondencja: do obsługi reklamacji i ewentualnych roszczeń. Podstawa: art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO.

3. Komu przekazuję dane

Tylko firmom, które pomagają mi prowadzić stronę i sprzedaż: Stripe (płatności), Cloudflare (hosting strony), Resend (wysyłka e-maili), [Twoja poczta, np. Google]. Niektóre z nich mogą przetwarzać dane poza EOG (np. w USA) na podstawie standardowych klauzul umownych lub programu EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

4. Jak długo

Przez czas realizacji zamówienia, a potem przez okres wymagany przepisami podatkowymi (zwykle 5 lat od końca roku) i przedawnienia roszczeń.

5. Twoje prawa

Masz prawo dostępu do danych, ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, przeniesienia oraz sprzeciwu. Napisz na [EMAIL]. Możesz też złożyć skargę do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (uodo.gov.pl).

• Payment details (amount, method, status): for accounting and tax obligations. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR. I never see your card details, Stripe handles them.
• Correspondence: to handle complaints and possible claims. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3. Who receives the data

Only companies that help me run the site and sales: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting), Resend (email delivery), [your email provider, e.g. Google]. Some of them may process data outside the EEA (e.g. in the US) under Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

4. How long

For as long as the order lasts, then for the period required by tax law (usually 5 years from the end of the year) and the limitation period for claims.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to the processing of your data. Email [EMAIL]. You can also complain to a data protection authority (in Poland: UODO, uodo.gov.pl).

6. Cookies and browser storage

The site uses no advertising cookies. It only stores your language, theme and brief draft in your own browser, so you don't lose your answers. That data doesn't reach me until you pay. Visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) use no cookies and don't identify you.
